Laurier students applying to the Student Exchange Program:  Select the 'Search Programs" tab above.  To apply, select your first choice institution and click "apply."

Incoming to Laurier: Welcome students applying to study on exchange at Laurier! To access and submit your application select the ‘Search Programs’ tab above. Then find your home university in the list of schools, and select the term you have been nominated to study at Laurier for. This will bring you to the application page.

If you are new to the exchange program and would like to watch a previously recorded information session, log in to MyLearningSpace, select Pre-Registration, and search for Student Exchange | Information Session.

Additional information sessions for students interested in applying for a Fall 2027 or Winter 2028 exchange will be posted HERE as they become available.

Exchange applications open September 15, 2026.

Pre-Departure Training Recordings: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 Exchange Student

To access the recordings hosted on MyLearningSpace:

  1. Log in to MyLearningSpace.

  2. Select Pre-Registration located on the left-hand side of the homepage.

  3. Search for Hawk Abroad | Essential Toolkit for Thriving in Global Mobility.

  4. Pre-register for the course.

  5. Once registered, open the course and select Content to access the recordings. You can also search for "recordings" in the search bar.
